一、概況:
1、設備類型:
本設備為節電型產品,采用半橋串聯逆變中頻電源(電壓諧振)。電爐無論是冷態,熱態,加半爐料或加滿料時,半橋串聯逆變器都能夠輸出額定功率,功率因數恒定為0.98。具有熔化速度快,能耗低,運行穩定可靠等特點。設備由一套串聯諧振中頻電源和兩臺無芯鋼殼感應熔化電爐以及系統正常運行所需的輔助設備組成。
一臺串聯諧振雙輸出電源帶二只電爐可同時工作(俗稱2臺同時熔化爐),即輸出功率可以在兩個爐體之間無級任意分配,可以同時對兩個爐體進行送電, 一個保溫, 一個熔煉。

This equipment is a power-saving type product, which uses a half-bridge series inverter intermediate frequency power supply (voltage resonance).
