一、概況:
1、設備類型：
本設備為節電型產品，采用半橋串聯逆變中頻電源（電壓諧振）。電爐無論是冷態，熱態，加半爐料或加滿料時，半橋串聯逆變器都能夠輸出額定功率，功率因數恒定為0.98。具有熔化速度快，能耗低，運行穩定可靠等特點。設備由一套串聯諧振中頻電源和兩臺無芯鋼殼感應熔化電爐以及系統正常運行所需的輔助設備組成。
一臺串聯諧振雙輸出電源帶二只電爐可同時工作（俗稱2臺同時熔化爐），即輸出功率可以在兩個爐體之間無級任意分配，可以同時對兩個爐體進行送電, 一個保溫, 一個熔煉。
二、12脈整流逆變串聯5T/3500kw熔化爐主要技術指標
熔化爐工作模式:
1.1 一套爐體熔煉生產，另一套爐體備用。功率設置為3500kw，熔化時間（5T鐵水至1550℃）≤55分鐘/爐
1.2 一套爐體熔煉，一臺爐體保溫（精煉），熔煉功率為3200kw保溫功率≤300KW/個爐。在這種狀態下，熔化時間（5T鐵水至1550℃）≤60分鐘。
1.3 兩臺爐體同時熔煉生產。

1, equipment type:
This equipment is a power-saving type product, which uses a half-bridge series inverter intermediate frequency power supply (voltage resonance). When the electric furnace is cold, hot, half-filled or filled, the half-bridge series inverter can output rated power with a constant power factor of 0.98. It has the characteristics of fast melting speed, low energy consumption and stable and reliable operation. The equipment consists of a series resonant intermediate frequency power supply and two coreless steel shell induction melting furnaces and auxiliary equipment required for the normal operation of the system.
A series resonant dual output power supply with two electric furnaces can work at the same time (commonly known as one to two), that is, the output power can be randomly distributed between the two furnace bodies, and the two furnace bodies can be simultaneously powered, one insulation , one smelt.
